Priya Gupta (she/her) is a trained Co-active coach, facilitator and strategist. She began her career at the Bank of England before moving to Save the Children UK where, as Head of Policy, she campaigned publicly on the issue of UK child poverty, including on BBC Radio 4 and in the Guardian.
Priya spent the last decade in San Francisco, running a coaching and consulting practice for charities at the forefront of equity initiatives in the affordable housing, foster youth, juvenile justice, education & health sectors, and has expertise in developing equitable, intersectional spaces of belonging. She was also Chief of Staff and Chief Financial Officer at a $1 billion affordable housing provider.
While living in San Francisco, Priya sat on the Board of Directors for Simply the Basics, the country’s first hygiene bank, was a Board advisor to Larkin Street Youth Services and was an active volunteer in the St. Anthony Foundation dining room and in her children’s school communities. She is currently a regular volunteer at her local food bank.
Priya has been immersed in equity work from an early age and is deeply influenced by the traditions of her cultural heritage. She has Master's Degrees in Economics from the University of Cambridge and from University College London.
